The New Hampshire Conservation Districts
The 10 Districts
In 1945 and 1946, the ten New Hampshire Conservation Districts were created to promote the conservation and responsible use of the Granite State's natural and agricultural resources.

Their purpose is to provide critical educational opportunities, financial assistance, technical resources, and more to local farmers, landowners, and residents. Despite all being in NH, they are unique in the way they provide and are responsive to the individual needs of the communities they serve.
Relatively New Funding Opportunity
Since 2022, the Districts have worked collaboratively to provide funding for farmers to improve climate resilience on their operations.
